    You have to love and appreciate a good helping of fish and chips and Maddy's is on of the best in town without a doubt. Service is quick and easy and in the summer, the burgers and hot dogs are done on a hot grill ouside with onions just like you get at the fair.

    The great thing about Maddys is that it's open all year round, so if you're at the pub down the seafront in November it's in a perfect position for you to pop in and warm yourself up with some Fish and chips when nowhere else is open!They do great jumbo sausages in here, and I love the way they sell burgers and hot dogs out of the front window in summer-they smell really delicious and add to the holiday seaside atmosphere!

    Maddys chip shop have been in town years so they are well established and very popular with the locals. In an ideal location on St James Place, perfect for a portion of chips to take out while walking along the seafront or sitting down watching the sunset over the sea. They do kids boxes and the usual chip shop menu. In the summer they open up a front hatch with a grill especially for burgers and hog dogs which you just cant walk past without stopping to buy one.
