Who set fire to a garage block at Langleigh Park?

I was dismayed to read on-line that someone had set fire to a garage block at Langleigh Park.  I was relieved to find that the vandalised garage block on this occasion was not mine.  However, I should like to know who was responsible!  Sorry to spoil the sunny day of the all singing and all dancing brigade but reality very often intrudes upon the sunny days of many of us.
