Best chips in town
Perfect location to purchase a take away portion of chips and then to walk along the harbour on a lovely summers evening, also having tasting the chips in most of the chip shops we could find, we found ourselves enjoying the ones from the Doplhin the most.

mixed grill
i visited the dolphin 18/8/11 with my family and we all ordered different meals and all were well satisfied with our food. i ordered a mixed grill and WOW!!! what a meal. it was fantastic and no shortage of it. gammon, steak, chops, sausage........ not to mention the salad, chips etc... well recomended. if anyone who reads this goes to the dolphin at ilfracombe then do yourself a favor and order a mixed grill.

Cockles and muscles!
This is a restaurant and takeaway that serves fresh, local seafood. It's right on the quay and has a lovely seating area with a lovely view. The staff are prompt and really quite nice. They cater for eveyone and have highchairs available if needed. The menu is typical of a fish and chip shop and is very reasonably priced.

Seafood suprise
Situated right on the quay overlooking the harbour, no seating outside but you can see all you need to from the restaurant. Offers fresh fish and seafood all day as well as your typical menu and chilled drinks, eat in or takeaway and sit on the beach if you like. Service is really good and there is plenty of room for larger parties.
