    A GROUP of Street Pastors in Ilfracombe have been praised for saving a man's life last weekend. Four members of the voluntary church group, which patrols the town's streets on Friday and Saturday nights, discovered a man unconscious in a car on St James' Place just before midnight last Saturday.     POLICE are looking for a new home for a defibrillator in Ilfracombe High Street. The lifesaving piece of equipment, which was purchased in October last year with money from charities and the town council, is currently kept in the McColls store on the High Street.     ILFRACOMBE is turning yellow for the day in order to raise money for the RNLI's £1 million appeal for its new launch and recovery vehicle.
