The Oak Tree Nursery

The

Oak Tree Nursery is an established childcare service located in

Ilfracombe and managed by the Pre school Learning Alliance. We

follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) which sets the

standard for the learning, development and care of young children -

from birth to five.

As

part of the Pre-school learning Alliance it is our mission to create

the childcare that families need, help children to succeed and build

learning communities.

With

dedicated, experienced staff, parents can rest assured that their

children are given the best start to their social and educational

development. Our team understands how to meet a child’s emotional

needs and works hard to ensure that every child feels involved and

happy. At The Oak Tree Nursery you and your child will receive

support from an experienced member of staff responsible for your

child’s individual needs who will work with you to develop the best

approach to support and benefit your child’s overall learning and

development

We

benefit from good support of parents and the local community,

allowing us to provide a varied set of activities indoors and out to

enhance children’s learning through play and experience. We

encourage all parents to become involved in the everyday life of our

setting. This has enabled us to create a fun, stimulating, learning

environment offering full and part time sessions for young children,

open 52 weeks of the year (excluding bank holidays).
