Anybody know what happened to the money that was going to be spent on the walkway between the Museum and the Landmark?

I heard the High Street is the next project in Ilfracombe earmarked for regeneration/a facelift/whatever you want to call it. Perhaps the money is planned to go towards that. But doubt it will ever happen!
